From link to card
Give a good article a card worth sharing.
ShareYourCard is an online link-to-card generator. It reads a public page’s title, description and cover, then lays them out as a shareable image. Make high-resolution PNGs for article recommendations, social posts and visual bookmarks. No account is required.
Make your share cardMake a share card in four steps
Paste a public link
Enter an article, web page or public social post URL on the homepage. You can also paste share text containing a link. Generate a card to retrieve the title, description, source and cover when the original site makes them available.
Check the words and images
Open “Edit content” after generation to review the text, author and source. Change the title and description, or add a cover, avatar or screenshot. For social posts, use the post’s actual words as content and keep the account name in the author field.
Try another layout
“Another card” randomly cycles through all 81 templates without repeats within a round. Look for more text space for a long summary, or a suitable frame for a photograph. Some objects can flip, unfold or change details; export uses the state you are viewing.
Download a high-resolution PNG
Select “Save” when the card is ready. The exported image is 2160 pixels wide, with height determined by the template’s aspect ratio. Download it to your device, then upload it to a chat, social post or article.

Article recommendations
Keep the article title clear and use the description for its most useful takeaway. Try a layout with enough room for text, check the author and source, and include the original link so readers can continue reading.
Social posts and quotations
Let the words lead and the author sign off. A complete idea from a long post is more useful than an oversized account name. If the platform does not expose the post text, add the content you want to share in the editor.
Images and visual bookmarks
Wide photographs suit landscape frames; portraits work well in poster or photo-print layouts. Look for “Screenshot Notes” to display a full screenshot. Decorative elements and image cropping vary between templates.
81 distinct layouts, one piece of content
Explore 8 creative objects, 21 design experiments, 12 signature designs and 40 classics. Templates differ in composition, shape and reading order. Switching layouts keeps your own content intact.
Templates have native ratios of 1:1, 3:4, 4:5, 5:4, 3:2, 8:5, 3:5 or 9:16. There is no separate aspect-ratio selector. Keep trying cards until you find a format that fits your intended placement.
Is a link card the same as a website screenshot?
ShareYourCard redesigns the public information from a link. It does not capture an entire web page or invent missing source content. To show a complete page, take your own screenshot and add it in the editor. Cards are for summaries and recommendations; the original link remains the place to read the full article.
